Service Fee: Tiered rate is 3.2% to 3.8%, with a minimum fee of 25 US dollars per transaction.
Remarks: All bank fees are charged according to the actual amount incurred, with no hidden fees.
No offline transactions are carried out, and no liability for contract performance and after-sales
disputes is assumed.
